Our Journey Together
Two very different people became life-long partners almost three decades ago. Despite our vastly different experiences and cultural backgrounds, we discovered an abundance of common ground that bound us together. We are hopeless and fearless romantics, unafraid to abandon our comfort zones in pursuit of a shared life, which led us to live in Australia, Asia and Europe before finally settling in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada. Our journey reflects a commitment to love and growth, showcasing how genuine connection can flourish amidst differences.
We both meditate, eat healthy food and exercise regularly; yet, without any history of it in our families, we both faced the unexpected challenge of a cancer diagnosis. Through this profound journey with cancer, we’ve come to appreciate the importance of focusing on what truly matters. The awareness of life’s finality is a universal truth, but confronting it head-on transforms that understanding into a vivid reality.
